Coordination Only
For couples who have it all planned but need execution assistance on their big day:
Correspondence with vendors for 30 days prior to the event.
8-10 hours on-site management on the day of your event with 1-3 coordinators based on the number of guests.
Timeline creation, finalization, and distribution.
Seating chart creation and display.
Point of contact between the bride and groom and vendors on the day of.
Management of any last minute details for the month before your event and on the day of.
Executive decision making on the day of to ensure the event is running smoothly.

Partial Event Planning
For couples who have a plan but need some help along the way:
Finalize vendor selection
Arrange meetings with vendors
Correspondence with client and vendors 6 months before the event

This service does not include day-of-coordination. The planner will cease communication with client and vendors 30 days before the event.
